On Doing Fewer Things
Attention and time feel infinite until you have to choose. A short case for doing less.

We treat attention like it is infinite and time like it is cheap. Both are lies we tell ourselves to avoid choosing.
Doing fewer things is not a productivity trick. It is a way of admitting that every yes spends a finite piece of your life.
The hard part is not creating a longer list. It is deciding what deserves to stay off it.
